Pha-Real

Pharrell Williams was born April 5, 1973 and more commonly known simply by Pharrell. He is an American rapper, singer, record producer, composer, and fashion designer. While in his mid 30s, Pharrell already managed to become one of the most influential hit makers in pop history, earning comparisons to legends like Quincy Jones. That’s because the Virginia Beach native has produced, through The Neptunes, Grammy award-nominating tracks for artists, such as Kid Rock, Justin Timberlake, Lil’ Kim, LL Cool J, Ludacris, Mariah Carey, Backstreet Boys, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Ice Cube, Ja Rule, Janet Jackson, Moby, No Doubt, Prince, The Rolling Stones, Snoop Dogg, Usher, and many more. In fact, “Pha-real’s” Rolodex has more big names in it than most people’s entire CD collection. 
And while majority of us know him for his lead singer title from the band N*E*R*D, Williams has made a name for himself in so many other ways.

As part of The Neptunes, Williams has produced numerous hit singles for various music artists. The production duo have earned three Grammy Awards amongst ten nominations. He is also the co-founder of the clothing brands Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream Clothing. Recently Williams also has designed and released a cream liqueur named QREAM. The "Q" stands for "Queen" and the liqueur comes in two different flavors; strawberry and peach. An opportunity comes when Pharrell was approached by Diageo to collaborate, in which Williams proceeded to make his own research and found that the female audience were being neglected, thus substantiate his idea to make a cream liqueur for women. He mentioned the taste being an ambient of an ice cream, but the liqueur itself contains less calories compared to a wine. And while all of this info about Mr. Williams is quite impressive the main reason we love him is that we has achieved all of the above whilst taking out the title of “Best dressed man in the world”. 

His style and swagga is so fresh it makes guys want to be him and girls want to be on him! Having seen him live aswell, he IS that good looking in real life too! Taking a leaf out of his own book Willliams dresses by his own preached words “Let your style evolve and change to fit your mood and occasion. Feel free to dress down and easy one day and sharpen up to a high sheen the next”. He’s a style guru and masterpiece to look at. I think he may just be the living version of Michelangelo’s Statue of David (with incredible clothes on).

- He is a skateboarder and has a half-pipe inside his home.

- He has undergone a skin procedure to have most of his tattoos removed.

- Recent Twitter reports have spoken of collaborations between Williams clothing label Billionaire Boys Club and Jay Z. No more has been said about the team up however Jay Z has reported "Partnering with @4real4rell on BBC" follow him.. (Not "buying" as GQ erroneously reported.)

- Nicknames include Pha-Real, Lil' Skateboard P and P. Willy
